You can use it to travel anywhere by bus and train.

You can cancel it every month.

It costs 63 euros per month.

You can cancel the Deutschland-Ticket every month.

You can always take out the subscription at the beginning of a month.

The Deutschland-Ticket is valid on local buses and trains.

You cannot use it on the following trains: 

• ICE
• IC
• EC
• FlixTrain

You also cannot use the Deutschland-Ticket on:

• Long-distance buses such as FlixBus
• City tour buses
• Buses for excursions

You must observe the following rules:

• You can only cancel the Deutschland-Ticket where you purchased it.
• You can only cancel the Deutschland-Ticket by the 10th day of 
  a month.

The Deutschland-Ticket will then remain valid until the end of that month. 

• Deutschland-Tickets on your mobile phone must be cancelled on your mobile phone.
• Deutschland-Tickets on the KVG chip card can be cancelled by letter.
• Or at a customer centre.
• Please provide your contract number when doing so.

The Senioren-Ticket Hessen is for all persons aged 65 and over.

You can order it from the first day of the month in which you 
celebrate your 65th birthday.

For example, if you turn 65 on 20 January:

Then you can order the Senioren-Ticket Hessen in January.

It will then be valid from 1 January.

Senioren-Ticket Hessen:

You pay 398 euros for a whole year.

You can also pay 33.80 euros per month.

In this case, you pay a total of 405.60 euros for one year.

Senioren-Ticket Hessen Komfort

You pay 681.50 euros for a whole year.

You can also pay 57.80 euros per month.

In this case, you pay 693.60 euros for one year.

You do not have to live in Hesse.

However, you can only use the ticket in Hesse.

The Senior Ticket Hessen is always for a specific person.

It cannot be passed on to other people.

The Senioren-Ticket Hessen and Senioren-Ticket Hessen Komfort are valid for:

• Buses
• Trams
• RegioTrams
• S-Bahn trains
• Trams
• Underground trains
• Regional trains
• Call-and-collect taxis
  • The abbreviation is A·S·T.
• Night lines
• Express bus lines
  • These buses are also called express buses.

The Senioren-Ticket Hessen is not valid for long-distance travel.

For example, on ICE or IC trains.

You may only travel in 2nd class on trains.

For 1st class travel, you need the Senioren-Ticket Hessen Komfort.

It is valid from the first day of the month.

It is then valid for a full 12 months.

It is automatically extended for another 12 months:

Unless you cancel it. 

The Senioren-Ticket Hessen is valid at the following times:

• Monday to Friday from 9 a.m.
• At weekends.
• On public holidays in Hessen.
• All day on 24 December.
• All day on 31 December.

You can use the Senioren-Ticket Hessen Komfort at any time.

This ticket is always valid.

You can use it to travel all year round and at any time of day.

You can use it to travel in 1st class on the train.

You do not have to pay extra for this.

You can take 1 adult and children under 15 years of age with you:

• If you are travelling Monday to Friday from 7 p.m. onwards.
• If you are travelling at the weekend or on public holidays in Hesse.
• If you are travelling on 24 December or 31 December.

The people travelling with you may also travel in 1st class.

You must observe the following rules:

• You can only cancel the Senioren-Ticket Hessen by the 10th day of a month.
• The Senioren-Ticket Hessen will then be valid until the end of that month.
• If you cancel the contract for the Senioren-Ticket Hessen earlier and in the first year, you will have to pay double the price for each month started.
• However, you will pay no more than the annual price for the Senioren-Ticket Hessen.
• You can always get another annual ticket at no extra cost. 

The Schüler-Ticket Hessen is for:

• Students – from primary school to A-levels.
• People who are doing vocational training.
• People in voluntary military service and federal voluntary service.
• People who are becoming civil servants and who will be working in 
  basic and intermediate civil service.
• Teenagers and young adults doing a voluntary social year or a voluntary ecological year.

This is a year for young people who have finished school.

They work for one year, for example in a social institution or in nature.

The only condition for the Schüler-Ticket Hessen is:

You must live or go to school in Hessen.

Or your training place must be in Hessen.

The Schüler-Ticket Hessen is a chip card.

You will receive the chip card by post.

If you live outside Hesse:

• Then you need a document from your school or training company in Hesse.

Persons aged 18 and over need proof of eligibility.

This is a document with a stamp from the school or company.

This proves that you are attending school or training in Hesse.

You will find this eligibility certificate directly when ordering the Schüler-Ticket Hessen.

The Schüler-Ticket is valid throughout Hesse and Mainz on:

• Buses.
• Trams.
• RegioTrams.
• S-Bahn trains.
• Trams.
• Underground trains.
• Regional trains.
• Call-and-collect taxis.
  • The abbreviation is A·S·T.
• Night lines.
• Express bus lines.

The Schüler-Ticket Hessen is not valid for:

• ICE trains.
• IC trains.
• EC trains.
• Private railways, such as FlixTrain.

You can easily reach important stations in neighbouring federal states with the Schüler-Ticket Hessen.

For example, the stations in Worms, Weinheim or Warburg.

This makes it easier for you to change to other buses and trains.

You are not allowed to travel in 1st class with the Schüler-Ticket Hessen.

That's up to you.

The Schüler-Ticket is valid for one month.

It always starts on the first day of the month:

if you order it by the 10th day of the previous month. 

The Schüler-Ticket Hessen is only available electronically.

It is a chip card.

It contains all the important information for the Schüler-Ticket Hessen, such as:

• How long the Schüler-Ticket is valid.
• What type of Schüler-Ticket it is.

The chip card can store multiple tickets.

It looks like the Senioren-Ticket Hessen and the Deutschland-Ticket.

You will receive the chip card by post. 

If an authority pays for your Schüler-Ticket Hessen:

Then report to your school office.

You will receive a new Schüler-Ticket Hessen.

This costs 20 euros.

The Schüler-Ticket Hessen is automatically extended by one year:

If you are under 18 years of age.

It is then valid for a further 12 months.

After your 18th birthday, you must submit proof of eligibility again by the 10th day of the last month of the contract.

This is a document from your school or training company.

It states:

You are a pupil there.

You are doing an apprenticeship there.

If you do not submit this document:

The Schüler-Ticket Hessen will be valid until the end of the contract year.

After that, it will no longer be valid.

If you change schools:

Then register with the school authority in good time.

It may be the case that:
