Questions and answers about the changes to customer centres
The North Hesse Transport Association (NVV) is transferring the operation of a total of 16 customer centres to Transdev Vertrieb GmbH. During this transition period, there may be temporary closures, renovations and changes to opening hours. Opening hours may change at short notice during the transition phase.
There will be temporary closures and renovations due to the change of operator to Transdev Vertrieb GmbH.
At some locations, the staff will remain, while at others they will be replaced by new teams.
You can also get tickets in the NVV-App, at ticket machines at stops, in vehicles (at ticket machines or directly from the driver on the bus) and in other open NVV customer centres.

You can buy tickets for the city of Kassel and the KasselPlus area at advance booking offices in Kassel and the surrounding area.
