Information about the change
Current Deutschlandticket with the KVG
A Deutschlandticket can only be cancelled with the provider with whom it was originally purchased.
If you would like to use your Deutschlandticket via the NVV app in future, you will need to cancel your existing subscription in the KVG subscription centre.
Here's how to do it:
- Open the KVG subscription centre.
- Log in under ‘Manage subscription – Login for registered customers’.
- Go to ‘Your contract(s)’ to view the details of your Deutschlandticket.
- Select ‘Cancel contract’ from the menu.
- Set the desired cancellation date.
To the KVG subscription centre
Note on the deadline:
Cancellation by the 10th of the month takes effect at the end of the month.
If cancellation occurs later, the ticket remains valid until the end of the following month.
After cancellation, you will receive confirmation from KVG.
