Whistleblower protection system
The Whistleblower Protection Act obliges all German companies with more than 50 employees to set up a whistleblower channel that enables NVV employees to report violations of rules and laws (e.g. bribery or corruption) within the company. It should also be possible to submit reports anonymously.
